Where a wall is engineering brick specifically because it's load-bearing or below damp-proof course, it's worth checking that the fixing depth and pattern doesn't compromise the wall's structural role before drilling a run of holes into it.
Protecting a shared alley during material delivery
A shared rear alley used by several households for bin access can't be blocked completely for a full day without agreement, so materials are often moved through in stages between other residents' access needs rather than left stacked across the full width.
Trailing cables, tools and offcuts left in a shared passage are a trip hazard for neighbours as well as the crew, so keeping the alley clear at the end of each working day matters even if the job isn't finished.

It's worth asking what happens if a panel is damaged by a storm or a fallen branch, since that's typically outside a workmanship warranty and may be a buildings insurance matter instead.
Keeping the original quote, spec sheet and any photos from the day of installation makes any future warranty conversation faster, since it confirms exactly what was fitted and to what standard.
Motorcycle pass-by noise

The coating protects sacrificially as well as by barrier, meaning even where it's scratched the surrounding zinc corrodes preferentially and continues to protect the exposed steel underneath, at least until that local zinc reserve is used up.
